A nice, well-maintained holiday park with its own spa for up to 34 people was built between 2001 and 2003 with care and means. All properties in the park are fitted with double glazing and are very well insulated. This park, set in 1.8 hectares of land, is located in the Périgord Noir, a popular holiday destination in the Dordogne. A short drive from the park you will find many tourist villages and attractions. The park has 3 individual houses – Rose, Iris and Fleurie., 2 terraced houses – Tulipe and Astor, 2 terraced two-bedroom houses – Jacinthe and Tournesol, and 1 apartment on the ground floor, Lys, and 1 apartment on the first floor , Daisy. The houses with the entrance on the ground floor are suitable for wheelchairs. This means all except the “Marguerite” apartment. In the Spa with its own reception, there is a heated and covered saltwater swimming pool (which can be opened), a Jacuzzi and a sauna. On the ground a common outdoor swimming pool, also salt water, completes the whole. The park will be sold with all furniture in the rented properties. Each property has electric underfloor heating on the ground floor and reversible air conditioning. All kitchens are equipped with high quality Bosch and Rosier appliances, and each house has its own laundry room with washing machine and dryer. All properties have electric shutters, mosquito nets and a private terrace.
